RETURN & REFUND POLICY

  • 📦 Returns, Replacement & Refund Policy
    We strive to deliver products in perfect condition. Due to the nature of perfumes, we follow a strict no-return policy.

    🚫 No Returns Policy We do not accept returns once a product is delivered

    Exceptions (Eligible Cases Only)
    We will consider a replacement or refund only if: The product is wrongdamaged, leaking, or received in an open/tampered package
     
    📹 Mandatory Unboxing Video (Important)
    To raise a valid claim, you must: Record a clear, continuous unboxing video
    Show: The sealed package Opening of the parcel, the condition of the product
     
    👉 Claims without proper video proof may not be accepted
    ⏱️ 48-Hour Claim Window Any issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Claims raised after this period will not be accepted

    💰 Refund Process
    Once your claim is verified and approved: A replacement or refund will be initiated. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method

    ⚠️ Additional Conditions Minor outer packaging damage during transit will not qualify as a valid claim We reserve the right to inspect and verify all claims before approval Final decisions regarding returns/refunds rest with Artha Perfumes
